BANDAR SIMANGGANG: A bedridden patient will be able to move again with a wheelchair donated by Sarawak United People’s Party (SUPP) Women’s Movement Simanggang branch.
The patient, Rujis@Rodgers Gendang of Rumah Sabong, Bayai Baru at Undop, Sri Aman has been donated a wheelchair as it is needed for him to be able to move around his home.
The visit by SUPP Women’s Movement to the elderly man’s home was led by its chairwoman Kapitan Ling Siew Hung to deliver the wheelchair.
Rujis’ have five family members including his wife, his son and two grandchildren living together, and has to depend on his son who works in the hotel sector at Bandar Simanggang to support the family.
It is hoped that with the wheelchair donated to Rujis, he can be comfortable to move around his home as well as being comfortable.
