MUKAH: Another development project under the rural transformation programme (RTP) has been approved and will be implemented at Kampung Tellian Laut here very soon.
Tellian assemblyman Yussibnosh Balo said the project involved the construction of a wooden (belian) walkway costing RM100,000.
“The contract period is five months (July 21-Dec 20, 2021),” he said when witnessing at the simple handover of project site ceremony at Kampung Tellian Laut here on Saturday.
During the event, Penghulu Sidi Tawi of Kampung Tellian Laut handed over the project document to a representative of a local contractor, Syarikat Putera Satu.
The project is implemented by Mukah Division Drainage and Irrigation Department (DID).
