KOTA SAMARAHAN: A total of more than 1,000 athletes are staying at the SukSar (Sarawak Sports) Village in Kolej Rafflesia in Desa Ilmu, Kota Samarahan.

This was unvei led by the Assistant Minister of Sports and Youth, Datuk Snowdan Lawan during his visit to the village here yesterday. According to Snowdan, the accommodation and facilities were in good condition and well-prepared for SukSar athletes.

He added that the SukSar village also used QR code systems to enhance the process of checking the athletes and officers’ details.

“In line with the digital technology, this is our kickstart to use QR code system in this sports event. It will enable the officers to check their details just by scanning the QR codes.
