152 dishes offered in ‘Juh Sungkei di BCCK’

KUCHING: The Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) is serving a total of 152 dishes for its Ramadan buffet (‘Juh Sungkei di BCCK’) starting on 27 May.

This year, BCCK added 13 new dishes to its current list of dishes and guests are promised with a huge dining area that consists of its Great Hall and three additional rooms (Meeting Room 12, 13 and 14).

Those who plan to breakfast at BCCK are advised to purchase tickets on its website at www.bcck.org.my. The tickets are priced at RM45.00 per person.

The walk-in rate is RM88.00 per person for dining at the Great Hall and RM68.00 per person for the meeting rooms.

The theme of the buffet this year is ‘Village’. Among the new dishes offered to diners included popular Korean and Japanese cuisines such as Kimchi Stew, Spicy Chicken Ramyeon, Salmon Maki Sushi, Handrolled Tuna, California Rolls, Nigiri Crabsticks and Roasted Lamb marinated with Chermoula, a dish from North Africa.
