SIBU: Fifty officers and 400 personnel of the 9th  Infantry Brigade here attended a dialogue session during a visit by First Division Infantry Commander, Major General Datuk Stephen Mundaw to Oya Lama Hall, Batu 14 here, yesterday.

During the dialogue session, Mundaw urged all levels of officers and personnel to understand the six main cores of the armed forces namely, preparedness, defence, diplomacy, security, welfare PLKN 2.0 and housing provided by the government to them.

He added that every personnel must own a house after they have completed their service.

In addition, he advised the armed forces personnel not to retire early but to continue to serve for up to 26 years.

The dialogue ended with a question and answer session.

Also present during the dialogue were Commander of 9th Infantry Brigade, Brigadier-General Dato ‘Dzulkafli Haji Mustaffa and Chief of Staff of 9th Infantry Brigade.
