All booths taken up

KUCHING:  All booths for 20th Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers’ Association (SHEDA )Property Expo 2017 have been taken up.

The event to be held from 14 – 16 July 2017, at Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) will be graced by Chief Minister Datuk Amar Abang Johari Tun Abang Openg.

“All booths have been taken up by major developers in Sarawak including the Expo’s main sponsors namely, Naim Land Sdn Bhd, MJC City Development Sdn Bhd, CMS Property Development Sdn Bhd, RB Development Sdn Bhd, and Ibraco Sdn Bhd,” said organising chairman Gary Kho Thong How.

Gary announced this at at press conference at SHEDA office in Stutong BDC, yesterday.

He added, other big players include Elica Sdn Bhd, Kenbest Sdn Bhd, Polarwood Sdn Bhd and Chen Ling Development Sdn Bhd.

“In addition, visitors and investors can expect to find property choices offered in up-and-coming prime locations in peninsular Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia and Australia,

“The expo will host over 100 booths and  more than 70 exhibitors and visitors will be able to browse through offers from automobile dealers, home furnishings and appliances and real estate agents as well as obtain the latest loan facility updates from bankers and government agencies,” said Gary.

This year, SHEDA focusing on family-oriented activities such as SHEDA JuniorStar Singing Contest, GoldenStar Singing Contest, Zumba fitness and an interesting sharing session on how yo cure your backpain.

Children will be able to enjoy colouring contests and also get free balloons from the clown visits on this special weekend.

Visitors will stand a chance to win electrical products and Starbucks card by registering at the counter.

Besides this, SHEDA will also be collaborating with the Kuching Life Care Society on the blood donation campaign. Donors will receive freebies after successfully donating blood.
