Army brightens up ‘Sejiwa Senada’ programme

SARATOK: The combined team of 3rd Infantry Brigade comprising Workshop, Royal Signal Squadron, 3rd Royal Service Corps, Territorial Army 511 Regiment and a combine musical band of the First Malaysian Infantry Division took part in a community programme called ‘Program Sejiwa Senada 2018’ held here last weekend.

Some 71 officers and rank and file army personnel took part in the weapon exhibition, display of military uniforms, cooking demos, recruitment of Territorial Army personnel, exhibition of army vehicles and stage performances by a combined musical band of the First Infantry Division to entertain the more than 2,000 visitors to the programme.

The involvement of the army in the programme was meant to provide visitors to know more about the assets of the nation’s armed forces.

Also present was Kalaka Assemblyman, Datuk Haji Abdul Wahab bin Aziz.
