KUCHING: Galleria, an art gallery at Rubber Road West here recently held an event entitled, “Articulate Art Affair”.
During the event, an art talk was conducted by the Curator of Balai Seni Negara, Amerrudin Ahmad while a talk on portrait sketching was conducted by Dr Yakup Mohd Rafee of Unimas.
The art talk touched on the appreciation of art pieces and the value of each piece appreciating with time while the talk on portrait sketching taught the audience how to draw a live figure into a two-dimension figure on paper.
The background music was provided by three friends Russell Hee, a Sarawakian composer, singer Angelina Yong, drummer by Kevin Choong and sape player, Sylvester.
