SARATOK: Alya Resources Academy will conduct a one-day bakery crash course in Sibu on Oct 28. According to Kamiza Haji Madeli, a staff from the academy, the one day course is opened to all individuals who are interested.
“We also encourage potential bakery business operators from Sarikei, Kabong or other areas to join our course.
Kamiza informed that the course participation fee is RM100 per head. Course participants will be exposed to various types of bread making including red bean bread, sausage bread, chicken floss bread, mini pizza, cheese bread, and others.
According to Kamiza, the main advantage of this course is that it includes a workshop session while participants will have the chance to try hands-on in preparing the recipes for the different types of breads.
