KUCHING: A motorcyclist and his daughter were taken to Sarawak General Hospital in an ambulance after they flung off the motorcycle they were riding on when it ran over a dog which suddenly crossed their path at Jalan Batu Kitang near here at noon yesterday.
The father and his daughter who was riding pillion had gone to visit a friend in the Batu Kitang area when a dog suddenly crossed the path of their motorcycle.
The father tried to slam the brakes but failed which caused both of them to be flung from the machine. A passer-by called an ambulance to the scene which took the injured motorcyclist and his daughter to Sarawak General Hospital for treatment.
