KUCHING: A 38-year-old man from Kampung Pangkalan Kuap, Jalan Datuk Mohd Musa, Samarahan near here died on the spot after his motorcycle collided with a car at Jalan Residen, Samarahan at 9.40am yesterday morning.

Mohd Datuk Musa, Samarhan from the ferry point be when she arrived at the junction she lost control of
her car which spun and went to the opposite direction before it collided with the motorcycle and rammed into a tree by the roadside.
The motorcyclist identified as Azhar bin Medhi died on the spot while the female driver sustained only minor injuries.
Azhar’s remains were later taken to the Sarawak General Hospital for a post mortem.
State Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department chief, Supt Alexson Naga Chabu confirmed the case.
He said police are investigating the case.
