KUCHING: Sarawak musicians created history with Bintulu Rock n’ Mob 2018 whereby a total of 158 musicians partook in the event.

The Bintulu Rock n’ Mob 2018 was officiated at by Azman Abdul Rahman, who is the private secretary for Bintulu Member of Parliament Dato’ Seri Tiong King Sing,

Pemuzika (Persatuan Pencinta Musik Bintulu) chairman Chikmat said that the idea was to hold the event with modest aim which was to gather like minded musicians in Bintulu into a single event and having a good time.

“Supposedly as the first event for Pemuzika, the jamming session quickly turned into a full blown Rock n’ Mob,’ he said.

Chikmat also expressed his gratitude to all involved in promoting the event to gather musicians from all over the state into one event.

The event which was organised last 29 March was held in Naim Bintulu Paragon where the venue was sponsored by Naim Land Sdn. Bhd and supported by musicians from Kuching, Sri Aman, Sibu, Mukah, Miri and all over the state.
