MIRI: Pustaka Negeri Sarawak, Miri and Mega Hotel once again are joining hands to hold a blood donation campaign this Saturday, Dec 9. The event is to be held on the fourth floor of Mega Hotels Lotus Court, from 8.30am to 12.30pm.
Refreshment will be provided and donors will be given tokens of appreciation. The main objective of the campaign is to build awareness on the importance of blood donation to help those in need. It is also to assist the Miri Blood Bank to replenish its blood supply for the festive season.
Mega Hotel is commemorating its 23rd anniversary while Pustaka Miri, its 15th anniversary. The event is organised with the assistance of Miri Hospital and is the 11th such activity organised jointly by the two organisations since 2007.
