SIBU: The component parties of the Barisan Nasional (BN) in the Bandar Sibu Parliamentary Constituency are united in facing the forthcoming 14th General Election (GE14).
The BN component parties consist of Sarawak United People’s Party (SUPP), Parti Pesaka Bumiputra Bersatu (PBB), Progressive Democratic Party (PDP) and Parti Rakyat Sarawak (PRS).
This was revealed by the liaison head of the BN in Bandar Sibu, Cr Robert Lau Hui Yew during a meeting of the representatives of the component parties recently.
The meeting was held to discuss and plan for the coming election.
“With the election drawing nearer each day, there will be more meetings and activities to be held in order to increase coordination and cooperation among members of the component parties,” he explained.
