BSN customers face disruption of services

KUALA LUMPUR: Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN) customers will not be able to perform any banking services, namely, counter services at its branches, ATMs, CDMs, MEPS, MyBSN and BSN bank agents due to disruption to its banking system.

BSN chief executive officer Datuk Yunos Abd Ghani in a statement today said BSN was working closely with its vendor to rectify the issue to facilitate customers to carry out their banking transactions as usual.

“We apologise to our customers for the inconvenience caused and we will keep them posted with the progress from time to time,” he said.

Yunos said as a financial institution, customers’ savings and access to banking facilities were BSN’s priorities.
