KUCHING: CATS FM collaborated with Maggi in distributing 800 packages of bubur lambuk to members of the public who shopped at the Majma’ Mall (Kompleks Islam Sarawak) yesterday.
CATS FM Head of Programme Aelma Zaidi who led the charity event said the distribution of bubur lambuk is an annual activity with MAGGI comes Ramadhan.
“This time around we prepared the bubur lambuk which was cooked at the Majma’ Mall premise from 8.30 am to 4.00pm before it was distributed to the public who came here for the Majma Raya Fes.
Coincidentally, CATS FM held a live broadcast from Majma’ Mall yesterday from 10.00am to 2.00pm.”
She added the response was so good that they took less than 30 minutes to clear the bubur lambuk.
Meanwhile, the distribution of bubur lambuk by CATS FM continued at the breaking of fast event; Sungkey Lua at Borneo 744.
CATS FM presenters like Adi, Ardin and Rezz together with CATS Perodua Rangers crew headed by Dzul Kuching handed over 250 packages of bubur lambuk before joining the participants for the breaking of fast which was also attended by a group of orphans from Rumah Nur Murni Batu Kawa.
