KUCHING: A couple sustained serious injuries after the motorcycle they were riding collided with a car at 7am last Monday.
The couple both 20 years old was heading to the city when a car which was turning into a junction in front of SRJK Chung Hua, Beratok, knocked down their motorcycle.
The impact of the collision caused the couple to be flung from their motorcycle. The car driver was however unhurt.
An ambulance later took the injured couple to Sarawak General Hospital.
The case is being investigated under Section 43(1)(A) of the Road Traffic Act, 1987.
