DBKU Agenda Exhibition expects 50,000 visitors

KUCHING: About 50,000 people are expected to come to Kuching North City Commission (DBKU) Agenda Exhibition which will be held from January 26 until January 28 at Kuching Waterfront. The exhibition is participated by 34 government agencies and firms.

Among them are DBKU, Mini Urban Transformation Centre, Sarawak Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) and others who open
their booths for visitiors. Present for the soft launching yesterday was DBKU Datuk Bandar Datuk Abang Abdul Wahap Abang Julai.

The themed for this year’s three-day event is‘Digitalisation Towards Smart and Friendly City which also featured interesting activities such as flea market, digital expo, games pavilion, Millenia 2018 Concert, Unity in Diversity Martial Arts Showcase, food truck and many more.

Visitors also have the opportunity to get a discount on payment of DBKU parking compound during the event at DBKU counter available there. Payments can also be made at Satok counter, DBKU’s Mobile Counter around Kuching and Medan Niaga Satok on every weekend.

The discount rate given is 50 per cent on 26 January to 11 February 2018, 30 per cent discount on February 12 to 18 February 2018 and 20 per cent discount on 19 February to 25 February 2018.
