Delegates from cities in Taiwan pay courtesy call to MBKS Mayor

KUCHING: More than 90 delegates from 24 cities in Taiwan paid a courtesy visit to Kuching City South Council (MBKS) Mayor, Dato James Chan at the MBKS Council Chamber here on Thursday.

Governor of Taitung County Government, Justin Huang when interviewed said that they were honoured to be invited by Chan.

“He also hosted a dinner for us, which was a nice and warm welcome from the council,” he said. 

He also added that future developments between Taiwan and Kuching will be more positive and prosperous.
