KUCHING: Glasshaus Weekends: Fitness Expo organised by Motiv Workout and HAUS KCH will be taking place all day on May 5 (Saturday), starting 8am at HAUS KCH.

With a cavalcade of fitness activities across different local communities, members of the public are encouraged to enliven the expo.

In a press statement issued here yesterday, HAUS KCH revealed that the expo would cover activities suitable for many be it an adrenaline junkie looking for the next thrilling high-intensity activity to sink into, a fitness buff trying to window shop for the next most efficient workout, or someone who is on the lookout for a casual exercise routine.

Among the activities slated for the event include a high intensity competition named the Iron Maiden Challenge by Knight Performance and Training Centre.

For those interested in self-defense activities, there would be boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu showcases by Rebel Fitness Studio and Studio 23 respectively.

There would also be art showcases and workshops held by 9Lives and HAUS KCH, and local clean foods showcase by Ejump Healthy Foods.
