KUCHING: Another Melanau dictionary is expected to be released in the near future.
The dictionary, when completed, will bring the total number of Melanau dictionaries to four.
A seminar cum workshop is being planned in efforts to produce the dictionary, which will focus on the Melanau dialects in areas such as Matu, Dato and Pulau Bruit.
Organising chairman Dr Raduan Serap appealed to fellow Melanaus from the three areas to take part actively in the dictionary project.
The three-day seminar cum workshop is scheduled to commence on Jan 25 here.
Participants of the workshop will be directly involved in producing the dictionary.
