KUCHING: Nanyang Wushu Federation of Sarawak is offering free introductory wushu courses for primary and secondary students during the coming school holidays.
The federation has 14 training centres to conduct the free Introductory Shaolin Wushu Kung Fu course from October 27 to November 27.
The 14 centres are located at Lorong 3, Kali Garden, Jalan Resak, Kuching; 108, Lorong 1B2, Tabuan Height Phase One, Kuching; Arang Road Basketball Court, 4th Mile, Lorong 15A, off Jalan Penrissen, Kuching; Dewan Masyarakat Sungai Maong, Lorong 5A, Poh Kwong Park, Kuching; Dewan Persatuan Taman Phoning & Everbright, Kuching; Dewan Suarah Bau, Bau; SJK Chung Hua Batu Kawa Basketball Court, Kuching; Dewan SJK Chung Hua Batu 10, Kota Padawan; Siburan Community Hall, 17th Mile, Kuching/Serian Road, Serian; 7th Mile Basketball Court, Kota Sentosa, Kuching; Dewan Suarah Kota Samarahan, Kota Samarahan; SMK Serian School Hall, Serian; Dewan Serbaguna Gita, Jalan Pinang Jawa, Kuching; and Dewan SJK Chung Hua Sambir, Asajaya.
The federation instructor-in-chief Prof Dato Sri Dr Song Swee Hee is inviting interested students to choose their training centres to enrol.
He added adult classes for members of the public are also available on Mondays from 7.15pm to 8.30pm at Nanyang Wushu Federation of Sarawak, 352, Lorong 3, Kali Garden, Jalan Resak, Kuching.
