KUCHING: The People’s Football League (LBR) 2017/2018 enters the play-off stage on Saturday (Dec 9). Three teams who are top of three different groups will compete on different dates set for the teams.
The Gedong Gator s team (Kuching FA), the champions of Q1 Group will face the champions from the Q3 Group, Miri FA.
The match between the group champions will be held at the State Stadium, Petra Jaya, here, this Saturday at 4pm. The showdown between Gedong Gators and Miri FA this weekend are expected to be a thriiling match to watch as both teams will be fielding many star players.
Miri FA are strengthen by four former Sarawak squad players, Paul Sambang, Mahadi Razak, Hadera Bakeri and Shahrol Abdul Malek while Gedong Gators-Kuching FA will bank on players from Tabuan Jaya Sports School. – By Faizal Bujang
