KUCHING: In this New Year, people are asked to stay united and work together with the Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) government in achieving a developed state by 2030.
Tasik Biru assemblyman Datuk Henry Harry Jinep said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg, he would continue to inspire hope in the people.
“We pray the CM will continue to provide opportunities in employment and business by opening up more areas of land for commercial agriculture, food production and exploring new sources of revenue,” he said.
There are plenty of opportunities to unearth, because it already has all the resources, revenue and intelligent energetic people, Henry said.
“Opportunities are aplenty except that we need to work hard to grab them.
“Therefore, to achieve all these dreams we must always make sure that we be strong to protect what belongs to the state.”
