KUCHING: Persatuan Pengumpul Diecast Kuching (Kuching Diecast Collectors Association) participated in the just concluded 3-day Hobby Carnival 2017 organised by Vivacity Megamall, KDC and Sentosa Theme Park at Vivacity Megamall here from 16-18 June.
The event managed to gather collectors of diecast models of various sizes. Among the activities held were the display of diecast models, sales, sharing of knowledge, track race, display the vehicles from back wheel drive, four-wheel drive and front wheel drive.
Kuching Diecast Collectors Group was formed in 2014 with the intention of bringing all diecast collectors in Kuching to get together to share ideas on modification, collecting and keeping to assure the diecast models are kept in good condition.
The group led by Benjamin Ong and his committee was officially registered with the Registar Of Society (ROS) last year.
The members and committee members of K.D.C thanked the management of Vivacity Megamall and Kelvin Lee for giving them the opportunity to organise the event.
