Johari visits Finland as part of Europe study tour

HELSINKI:  Chief Minister, Datuk Patinggi Abang Haji Johari Tun Openg, who was on his second day in Finland as part of his study visit itinerary to Europe, yesterday visited the Finnish Ministry of Transport and Communication in Helsinki.

At the ministry. the Chief Minister and members of his delegation met  Mr Yari Partenen, State Secretary of the Ministry of Transport and Communication, and was given a briefing on the ministry’s scope of works with particular focus on digital and data economy. 

Later, the Chief Minister dropped by at the Malaysian Embassy to meet  the ambassador, Puan Sri Blanche Olbery. 

The delegation left Helsinki for Tallin, the capital of Estonia in the afternoon, to continue the study tour.
