KUCHING: The Welfare Department Kuching office is looking for the biological mother or next of kin to a 10-month baby boy named Muhammad Nick Rafael.
According to a statement from the Welfare Department Kuching office, the toddler was handed over to Suziena Tambi to look after when he was only two months old as the mother has some matters to attend to in her village.
