Kuching FA go down to Sime Darby

KUCHING: Kuching FA squad desire to get full points were dashed when they lost badly (5-1) in the hands of Sime Darby FC in the match held at the State Stadium Petra Jaya on Sunday.

Lucas Kallang Laeng’s squad were forced to play with 10 players after Ahmad Shakri Tuah was sent off following a second yellow card on the 34th minute.

Kuching FA scored the only goal through Nazarudin Bohri’s equaliser in the 15th minute after the visitors went ahead with a goal from Che Mohamad Arif Che Kamaruddin in the 10th minute.

Sime Darby, coached by Ahmad Yusuf, come back with more goals through Dzulfahmi Abdul Hadi in the minutes 23rd and 82nd minutes.

Two more goals were scored by Sime Darby FC, Muhamad Nazrul Kamaruzaman in the 59th minute and Muhammad Zul Fahmi Awang 39th minute to put them way beyond Kuching FA.

It was the fourth defeat for Kuching FA squad who have 11 points from three wins and two draws.
