KAPIT: Ling Hang Ping has been elected new Kapit Chinese Chamber of Commerce (Kapit CCC) president taking over from Dato Yong Hua Syeng.
The deputy president is Sii Bang Ee and vice-president (Dong Chong Kiat). The secretary is Ling Kong Sie and his assistant is Ting King Yiing. Kapitan Yiap Yii Hoo was elected treasurer and Wong Kei Wei elected his assistant.
The other committee members are Ting Hwa Kiong and Sia Ee Hui (general affairs), Tiong Ping and Penghulu Wong Kie Ing (commerce and business), Teo Tian Chai (education and children), Dato Yong Hua Sying (community service), Ngieng Hock Seng (sports and recreation) and Kong Hock Ping (social welfare).
