KUCHING: A 34-year-old man sustained injuries on his head and left hand after a group of five men assaulted him in his house at Mile 8, Jalan Matang near here at about 5pm on Wednesday.
The man was alone in his house when the group of five men on three motorcycles arrived at about 5 pm armed with blunt objects.
His family members said the attackers were known to the victim. However, the motive of the attack is not known. The injured man was later taken to Sarawak General Hospital for treatment.
