SARATOK: A 51-year-old man sustained minor injuries after the 10-tonne lorry he was driving went out of control and landed on its side at Jalan Bajau-Kupang near here on Tuesday night.
According to a spokesman from Saratok fire station, the victim is identified as Lamit Umpai, from Rumah Ipan Mudong Roban.
He said a team of firefighters who were alerted on the incident arrived at the scene at 9.07pm and immediately extricated the victim who was pinned to his seat.
The victim was later taken to Saratok Hospital for medical attention.
