KUCHING: Naim Group of Companies, one of Malaysia’s leading developers and contractors brought charity to the Christian Ecumenical Worship Centre, Kuching by participating in PIBAKAT’s (Pertubuhan Ibubapa Kanak-Kanak Keperluan Istimewa Kuching) food fair and charity sale recently.

The half day event saw a total of 20 Naim volunteers helping out at the event, raising more than RM3,500 for Pibakat.

Naim’s Head of Corporate Communications, Caroline Yeo said that the Group has always supported community-welfare related activities.

“Our Group has always been active in CSR activities and in fact, has a dedicated CSR team focusing on formulating and initiating CSR-related programmes yearly. “Our CSR programmes range from areas such as education and environment, to health and welfare. We believe that everyone should play their part in ‘giving back’ to the community and every little help counts.

“We commend Pibakat’s efforts in relation to children with special needs and we wish them all the best in its future endeavours,” Yeo remarked.
