KUCHING: Students aged between 13 to 17 years old who are interested in playing football are invited to attend a talent scouting session with the National Football Development Programme (NFDP) for Sarawak at Bintulu and Belaga NFDP district training centres, Bau as well as Kuching NFDP district training centres.
National Football Development Programme is an integrated national football development programme to build a capable national team to qualify for the FIFA Youth Under- 17 World Cup 2019 and to unearth pools of grassroots players.
The programme is a collaboration between Football Association of Malaysia (FAM), National Sports Council (NSC), Youth and Sports Ministry and Education Department. The talent scouting session schedule will be as follows: 1. Bau NFDP Training Centre Date: January 19 2018 (Friday) Venue: SMK Lake field & SMK Bau field Age category: 13,14 and 15 years old Time: 0730am – Registration 0800-1000am – Session starts Age category: 16 & 17 years old Time: 0230pm – Registration 1500 – 17.30pm – Session starts Venue: Padang SMK Lake 2. Kuching District NFDP Training Centre Date : January 20 2018 (Saturday) Venue: SMK Bako field.
