SRI AMAN: DAP Sri Aman yesterday had a meeting with PKR Sri Aman where the branch leaders endorsed the candidacy of Norina Umoi as the candidate to represent Pakatan Harapan (PH) in Sri Aman in GE14.
At the meeting, it was resolved that a PH election committee for Sri Aman be formed, where members of both parties would formulate strategies and coordinate the campaign.
“This cooperation will further enhance our efforts to spread the message of hope and change to every corner of Sri Aman. PKR and DAP are now together as one and stronger,” said Norina.
“Our co-operation quashes any rumours of DAP not working together with PKR.
“There were some malicious rumours that I was against her candidacy, but as you can see, I am now Norina’s Election Director of Operations,” said Nicholas Mujah.
“We are all committed and united in winning this seat and our goal is to capture Putrajaya,” said Leon Jimat Donald, who is also DAP Sarawak Vice Chairman.
