KUCHING: Datuk Sim Swee Yong was laid to rest after a funeral service at St Joseph’s Cathedral here, yesterday.
More than 100 mourners turned up at the funeral service to pay their last respects to Datuk Sim who was president of the Federation of Kuching Division Community Associations and to show his family members their support during this difficult time.
Datuk Sim passed away at the age of 85 due to heart failure at Timberland Medical Centre here earlier this week.
