MUKAH: Mukah Division Health Office (PKBM) recently conducted its first official collaboration with Polytechnic Mukah Sarawak (PMU).
It was following the signing of Note of Understanding (NOU) between the two agencies regarding the collaboration programme in developing a system called `Community Health Info (IKK)’.
Divisional Health Officer Dr Osman b Rafaie signed on behalf of PKBM and PMU director Lt. Col (PA) Abdubrani B Yunus on behalf of PMU.
The collaborating areas would be the sharing of knowledge and expertise to implement the project, activities or joint-venture programmes between PMU and PKBM, including the development of IKK system.
The signing of NOU which was held at Conference Room of PMU was witnessed by Mukah Division Deputy Resident Jack Aman Luat.
Also present at the function were PMU Deputy Director (Academic) Haji Ahmad Masduki B Selamat, PMU Deputy Director (Academic Support) Suhaili B Aleh, PMU Information Technology and Communication Department head Mariati Bt Masduki and the staff of PKBM and PMU.
