MIRI: Loud barking by her dogs resulted in the discovery of a three-metre long python inside

a chicken coop in Kampung Senadin Jaya here early Wednesday morning.

The discovery was made by a 50-year-old woman around 6.14am.

The woman was stunned when she was a python inside her chicken coop with one of her chickens missing.

After the discovery the woman immediately called the Miri Civil Defence Force (APM) for assistance.

Following the call Miri APM dispatched two personnel to the location.

It took the APM personnel less than 15 minutes to capture the python.

It is believed that the python has eaten one of the chickens inside the coop.
