KOTA SAMARAHAN: A search has been mounted for a three-year-old girl, Serry Jimbat, who is feared to have drowned after falling into a river in Kampung Semawang here.
A spokesman at the Sarawak Fire and Rescue Department operation’s centre said the girl had followed her 10-year-old sister to the river to fish when she was believed to have slipped and fell at about 11.30am yesterday.
The search was mounted by the department and the relevant agencies, he added.
