SIBU: Sulhamid Abdullah was elected as the new chairman of Ex-Police Association of Malaysia (PBPM) Sibu Branch during an annual general meeting (AGM) held here, last Sunday.
Sibu Police chief, ACP Saiful Bahri Abdullah officiated at the AGM.
Meanwhile, Abdul Wahab Mohamad was elected as deputy chairman with Browa @ Warren Browa Sambang as secretary, Pilai Kanya (deputy secretary) and Abdul Rahman Jabbar (treasurer).
Christoper Buan, Dahari Bujang, Awang Bujang Awang Taha, Peter Yek Siew Kwong, Miraj Juni, Augustia Amin and Hii Hie Hung were appointed as committee members.
