KANOWIT: SMK Kanowit here recently celebrated National Day at its school hall to foster a sense of love and to further enhance the understanding and meaning of Independence among students.
The National Day celebration held at SMK Kanowit is one of the annual programmes of the school in line with the month of National Day celebration.
This year the celebration was held from 11th August until 16th September 2017.
Among activities held during the National Day celebration was flying ‘Jalur Gemilang’ at the school, Independence Day special gathering, 1Malaysia dance contest, poem recital, history quiz, poster drawing competition / colouring contest for special education and patriotic song choir competition (inter-dormitories).
