MIRI: A woman was injured after the car she was travelling in crashed into a concrete fence at Jalan Miri-Bintulu here last Wednesday morning.
The victim, in her 30s, was said to be heading to Morsjaya from the city centre when the car went out of control at a road bend before crashing into the fence at 2.00am.
As a result of the crash, the victim sustained head and bodily injuries. She was later taken to Miri Hospital for treatment via an ambulance.
Traffic police personnel were also at the scene to investigate the cause of the accident.
