MIRI: A woman lodged a police report on Thursday morning after she was robbed by two male strangers at Pelita Commercial Centre.
The incident happened at a parking lot nearby a hypermarket here around 7am. Prior to the incident, the victim was asleep inside her car when suddenly two unknown men opened the car’s back door and snatched her bag.
The suspects fled off the scene on a motorcycle. Fortunately, the complainant was unharmed in the incident. Amongst the missing items were a handphone, bank cards, driving licence and the victim’s MyKad card. Police are investigating the case.
