MIRI: Three stage bus operators in Miri division will resume normal operations from today under the RM1 flat rate (subsidy) programme, amidst the conditional movement control order (CMCO).
The three bus operators are Miri Transport Company, Miri Belait Transport Sdn Bhd and Miri City Bus Sdn Bhd.
In a joint statement, the bus operators said strict standard operating procedures (SOP) would be imposed to ensure social distancing among commuters while onboard the buses.
The busses will operate from 5.30am till 6.15pm, plying routes from the city centre to Taman Tunku, Tudan, Permyjaya and Senadin.
Passengers have been reminded to co-operate by following the SOP laid down by the authority including wearing masks and to practise social distancing.
