PORT DICKSON: Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) Negeri Sembilan will always give healthy advice to Cabinet ministers, says its chief Tan Sri Dr Rais Yatim.

He said the new ministers must seek to learn from Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad and listen to the grouses of the people.

‘’If some Bersatu ministers are seen lost and unsound in their performances, corrective measures must be taken before things go too far.

‘’If ignored, eventually their bad image will reach the president, deputy president and chairman of Bersatu,’’ he told the media after a convention on “The Struggles of Bersatu, Negeri Sembilan” here yesterday.

The convention which was attended by more than 500 delegates was launched by Bersatu deputy president Datuk Seri Mukhriz Mahathir.

Meanwhile, he said members of Bersatu must be consistent in championing matters pertaining to Bumiputras and Malays.

“Don’t be ashamed to champion matters pertaining to the Malay race and Bumiputra such as those related to political power and the economy.

‘’Concerning relationship in the state Pakatan Harapan, our party will not be prioritised.
