BAU: Police have recovered a lorry along Jalan Gereja, Kampung Serikin believed to have been
stolen, during ‘Ops Lejang’ on Friday.

Bau District police chief DSP Poge Nyaon said a team of CID found a lorry that was left unattended at an oil palm estate at 3pm.

The lorry that was recovered during the ‘Ops Lejang’ operation.

The white lorry was then taken to the district headquarters for further action.

The case is being investigated under Section 379A of the Penal Code, which provides for an imprisonment of not less than one year and not more than seven years and a fine.
