MIRI: Members of the Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) Bekenu branch
yesterday organised a free haircut campaign for school boys.
The event was initiated in conjunction with the free haircut back-to-school campaign.
More than 100 school boys thronged the Arena Sibuti hall on that day for the ‘Bah Bergunting Lok” campaign.
The event kicked off at 8 am and ended eight hours later.
Present to launch the event was Deputy Minister for Women, Childhood and Community Wellbeing Development I (Women and Childhood Development) Datuk Rosey Yunus who is also Bekenu assemblywoman.
Rosey, when met at the programme, lauded the initiative carried out by the PBB Bekenu branch.
