KUCHING: Parti Bansa Dayak Sarawak Baru (PBDSB) has expressed disappointment that no action has been taken against Wan Asshima Kamaruddin although many police reports have been lodged against her for threatening and instigating others to destroy all churches and Christians in Malaysia.

Its president Bobby William said this was with regard to a video Wan Asshima had uploaded to her Facebook and WhatsApp.

“Despite the overwhelming evidence found in the video, no action was taken against her. She was merely called to Bukit Aman Police Headquarters to have her statement taken.

“She uploaded another video to her Facebook immediately after giving her statement to the police, denying that she instigated and provoked others to destroy churches and Christians in Malaysia,” he said in a statement today (Mar 20).

He said she allegedly claimed that the video and audio were edited by irresponsible people who wanted to defame or slander her.

However, he said PBDSB felt that the video was authentic and not doctored. He questioned the inaction of the authorities in the matter.

“It is believed that Wan Asshima was released without even a police bail after questioning,” he alleged.
