MIRI: The Ex-police Association of Malaysia (PBPM) Miri Branch is holding its bi-annual general meeting (BGM) today at its premises No. 139 at Jalan Pantai, Piasau Camp here.
According to its chairman, Han Hipeni, all registered and non-registered members, including former auxiliary police personnel are welcomed to the meeting which is scheduled to commence at 2.30pm.
He said the meeting would also hold the election of new executive committee members for the 2017-2019 term.
Hipeni said PBPM was calling for more ex-police personnel to come and register with the association, as their membership would strengthen the association and make it a meaningful non-governmental organisation (NGO) that looks after their welfare and interests.
