KUCHING: Women members of the Sarawak Teachers’ Union (STU) have been told to continue performing their duties with love, honesty and dedication.
STU deputy president Morni Askha gave the advice in conjunction with the International Women’s Day 2020 celebration at the union’s headquarters.
Last Saturday, STU Kuching Division held a cake-cutting session for the women of the union.
The event took place right after the Taxes and eFiling Programme organised by the Kuching division union.
Morni thanked all the STU women members for always participating in the continuous professional development sessions.
“I hope that our women members would enhance their cooperation and uphold respect and unity,” she said.
She urged all members to participate in the programmes, activities and events organised by STU throughout the state.
