Petronas donates laptops to Bintulu DDMC

BINTULU: Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd-Sarawak Gas  donated seven laptops to the Bintulu Divisional Disaster Management Committee (DDMC) in support of the Covid-19 fight.

The laptops were presented by the company’s senior general manager, Peter Majid Tandom, to Bintulu DDMC chairman Jack Aman Luat, who is also Bintulu Resident,  witnessed by Bintulu Health epidemiology officer Dr Azlan Arif Bolen.

Six of the laptops will be distributed to Bintulu Health  while the other is for the Bintulu Resident’s Office.

Meanwhile, Dr Azlan expressed his thanks to Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd-Sarawak Gas for the donation.

“We desperately need laptops to ensure that the mobile vaccination outreach programme runs smoothly in order to reach the target of 100 per cent of the population getting their first dose of the vaccine.”
